Here’s what to expect when working together!
(This is just a starting point & I'm happy to customize a package to best fit your needs!)
The Questionnaire :
I’ll send over a questionnaire getting to know you and your vision and some of the logistics to your wedding (don’t worry - you don’t need to have all the answers, I will meet you where you’re at and that’s what I am here for.)
This questionnaire digs deep and will have you and your fiancé chatting through some major decisions regarding your wedding which means you are making progress before you and I even chat!
First Phone Call :
90 minutes deep diving into setting a realistic budget, selecting your dream venue, me sharing my vendor recommendations and connections, and creating a planning roadmap prioritizing what matters to YOU!
Here are a few examples of what we can cover on the 1st call:
- Budget creation based on YOUR priorities + specific needs
- Venue and vendor recommendations (this isn’t just a list of people I work with and get commissions from, it’s customized for you)
- Timeline creation taking all the details into account down to the minute
The Follow Up:
A recap of everything discussed with deliverables (this is your timeline, budget, layout etc), a vision guide of tips + venue / vendor info, your customized next steps, and a huge list of discount links only available to planners will be emailed to you! Then it’s time for you to put in a little bit of work, think through your to do list, make some phone calls to that narrowed down list of vendors and chip away at that to do list!
Second Phone Call :
A few weeks after our initial call, we dive right back in and talk through the progress you’ve made, go over the whole new set of questions that have likely arisen and create an adjusted action plan to keep you checking off those boxes on Call #2!
Depending on how much you accomplished during the break we can also use this call to discuss any of the following:
- A concise design and vision based on your budget (not just Pinterest)
- Create layout for your venue and guest count
- Review contracts and vendor info to ensure you’re making the right decision for your wedding
- Construct a list of rentals and / or purchased items to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Secondary Follow Up:
Another recap, itemized plan and further recommendations to make planning from here a breeze!
At this point you can add on further calls at a heavily discounted rate for a little more help along the way and I will keep all of your info on file to easily be able to POP back in right where we left off!
